As well we sell small wares such as hand crank sausage stuffers, hand grinders, knife sharpeners, grinder knives, grinder plates, various styles of boning, steak, and cimeter knives. JB's also carries a complete line of re-sharpening equipment for grinder plates and knives, as well as a complete service department.
